It happens occasionally. It’s a genetic abnormality, but doesn’t affect anything.

I have two leaves like that. I thought that a bud fell off and landed on the leaf.

I seen this a few times on plants.
It’s one of the kinda common mutations, not as common as a polyploid or variegation, but pretty close I’d say.
It’s really cool to see i think 
The few times I’ve had this mine didn’t get much bigger if even as big as the ones pictured
