Mutant leaf ? Seedling to much light?

I’ve got this one fan leaf that has another leaf growing inside of it.
I’m sure it happens all the time but a first for me, anyone else had this? Part 2 lol I have a feeling popped yesterday and she’s in with the big ones under 1200 led @20 inches? I do have it covered with plastic jug. Doesn’t seem burned or anything I keep it misted 5-6 times today.

Humm figured it was common, I took some closer pics and you can see where it was going to split.

It looks like the veins are running backwards too
