I would wait for a pro to chime in but it doesnt look salvageable IMO. You can try and cut away at the rotted spots but from what i can see its almost fully taken over your whole plant 
If you can manage to pull/cut away the rotted spots and theres still some green left you might be ok to finish out.
Definitely do a bud wash on anything you do harvest

Bud rot for sure and a baaaaad case of it, don’t want to be negative but by the looks I don’t see much of it being smokable, if you have other plants close to that one keep a very close eye on them, if it where mine it be gone and risk health with that one.(and by no means a pro) just dealt with lots of rot last 2 yrs.

I hate to be that guy, but i would toss that whole plant. Have had to do it a couple of times. Sucks, but no shame in saving your health.
