30 minutes soak (very important)
3:30 min spin —> 5 min set —> dump
4 min spin —> 5 min rest —> dump
6 mins pin —> 5 min rest —> dump
8 min spin —> 5 min rest —> dump
10 min spin —> 5 min rest —> dump
10 min spin —> 5 min rest —> dump
