Wonder if my plant have disease and if I should do anything to treat those yellow spots on the leaves? Thanks for your opinion.

Is it just that one leaf? Looks like it may have had a possible splash from a watering? I wouldn’t be too concerned about it if it’s just that one.

Are they any other leaves doing that? If not and if it’s driving you nuts just pluck that 3 fingered thing outta there. Your plant looks good in the pic.

Just a bit of a sun burn 
don’t worry about it, won’t hurt a thing. The water droplets work like a magnifying glass since it refracts light. Also water is often nutrient laden so it may cause spots if it’s splashed on them. Looks 
Unpopular opinion here bud I would be looking really hard for pests, microscope and all. They live on the underside of the leaf and are often invisible to the naked eye. I splash water on my plants all day every day - they don’t look like that.
