Hello I cut some of this plants lower branches so some nodes can get light a week ago. Two days ago I topped it and now I see these brown marks on the top of the stem of these branches. What do you guys think?

Everything looks fine. I wouldn’t take anymore leaves as those are what’s powering your nodes.

This is completely normal (sometimes it’s just inter genetics) and shouldn’t be cause for concern as long as your lights are sufficiently distanced and your plants look otherwise healthy.
