The little thing growing between stock and leaves are branches growing that’s a good thing
Some say stalk coloring could be a sign of a deficiency, but she looks fine to me. Your coloring looks very insignificant. I believe those are the start of branches.
Beautiful. Looks pretty healthy. I get purplish stems all the time. Could be genetics or if your ph gets or dips a little below 6.5 it can start a mag deficiency. I wouldn’t do anything different, looks healthy.
I agree with @JJ.chronic.clones I wouldn’t change or do any thing it looks fine
