My autos are just about ready to harvest but I’m seeing some brown spots on the buds. Just need to know if this is dangerous to harvest and smoke. Should i cut off the spots before drying? Help!
@Bobv1228 That’s bud rot there my friend.
It needs to be cut out before drying and I’d recommend a bud wash to kill off any stray spores.

Are you talking about the white hair tips. That have curled and gone brown? My gut was pollination possibly. If that was mine I would squeeze the individual calyx here or here and make sure there is not a hard seed. I don’t see the brown rot my bad. Maybe I am getting bad eyes.
Any of those spots I would check 1-2 of them by pinching it out and physically checking for seeds.
