Brewing tea and amounts to give

So I went and got all the stuff for brewing tea! Does anyone have any advice on how much to give? Obviously yu stick to the dnt over water rule but is it ok to give tea every time I water?

I know nothing about teas but it’s great to see a new grower jumping in with both feet. You’re asking all the right questions.

I’m just trying to do this right! I’ve switched to all organic as well! Imma go with Gaia green for nutrients! And do strictly tea soon as I find out more about it! Lol the research I have done says it’s really good for the plants!

What kind of tea are you brewing ? Are you using mesh bags or straight into water. Regardless a minimum of 24 hour soak. If not using mesh bags, make sure to strain the remaining solids out. Need to keep it stirred at least 4 to 6 times in 24 hours. A clean paint mixer on the end of a drill works well.

I use 1 cup of worm castings to a gallon of water. 1 brew 5 gallons at a time using an air lyft brewer and air pump. I also use a mesh bag. If in flower i also add seabird quano. I always add organic unsulphured blackstrap molasses.

I got cheese cloth bags, and I have molasses, worm castings! And Gaia green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 bloom! I didn’t plan on using the 4-4-4 or bloom till later since I am running FFOF as the soil! But I was just curious on can I give molasses and earth worms till week 4-5 then start with the nutes brewed in? Then have a feed schedule of worm castings-molasses tea back to nutes with worm castings and molasses as well! I plan on giving it tea till harvest if it’s safe to do so?

Go for it. If you notice the tip of the leaves starting to burn, just skip a feeding and water only. But dont give it every time you water. You wanna do like a water water feed

Would it be better to just top dress as needed? But still do the molasses and worm castings tea in between? What about PH as well? Do I PH tea?
Yu got a nice brew tank by the way! Lol looks official!

Built it myself thanks! I would just follow your nute schedule and just water water feed. With feeding tea, theres no need to top dress with castings

What would yu recommend ph to be for the tea? I’ve been goin 6.3 on regular distilled water! Should the tea be the same?

Dont worry about the ph. Adding the molasses with get it at 6.5 in. Youll be fine

Yes sir! I was referring to yours! That’s not recommended with autos right? I planned on low stress training I’m kind of skeptical on the topping tho! Lol I just had another question on the tea but my brains fried lol been a long day! And I’m a half of joint in!

I leave all the auto questions to folks like @Cap_Ron and @Autos-only . They know a thing or two about a thing or two. Im sure one of them will ride by shortly…

@Strat3gic-grOwer-420, there’s no problem topping autos as long as they’re healthy and growing at a good pace. I wouldn’t suggest it if it’s the first time you’re growing autos, but once you get familiar with them you can do quite a bit without upsetting them. I top them and or supercrop them when needed,

Here’s an auto that was topped above the 5th node. Sometimes I go above the 4th, but I got to this one late. Didn’t slow her down any, lol.

I give weekly teas which breaks down to what ChittyChittyBangin was saying. Water, water, tea, repeat.

Yea I think I will get a couple runs under my belt first before I start topping! My luck I will stunt the growth and produce a gram! Lol
That’s a mighty fine grow yu got there! What strain is that? She’s standing pretty damn tall!
