Brand new to growing

Hi, to everyone. I would like to ask a simple question, more or less (depending on the seeds and it would also depending on auto or not.) But how long more or less does it take from time of seed to time of smoking ? How many months can I expect ? Thanks

Min 5 months to longer. Talking about seedling flowering time, drying and curing

Exactly what I was gonna say.
If you could get rooted clones you clones you could knock a month or more off that.
It’s also a question of yield.
Although @MadamCalamity s last grow was a quick turn around and an impressive yield.

Some guys veg photos for 10 weeks or more and pull monster yields.
There’s an art to learning your strain and your space.

Good Luck - we’re here to help and share!!

I def let my girls veg for 10 weeks and 1 8 weeks I’m loving what they are producing. Clones will be the best turn around @JaneQP kills her grows with clones

Once you are set up the turn around time decreases. You can start seeds or veg out clones while a crop is finishing. You don’t need a second tent either. Just a light and some space.

2 months for veg
2 months for flower
2 months for cure.

You can cut corners on the veg and cure, but your final product will suffer…

You are too kind. The four I recently will be a challenge. They need some TLC.

Thanks for all the input, I do have a tent, but with that kind of time table you almost need a dedicated grow area ( instead of my main closet lol ). Wow , I had no idea that is the time frame, but I am enjoying the process. I find it relaxing and somewhat theraputic in itself. Will keep you guys updated on my progress. Thanks again

U can start to smoke on the product after it is dried but with cure is when it taste best. U can sample when dry and give a week cure and sample ect. Just make sure u don’t let it dry too much before the cure. Good luck.
