Thank you brother! My climate fluctuates, we keep the thermostat at 68, dont know if that helps regulate it or not. Ill put my hygrometer in the closet for a couple days & see how it reads. By the way! You are on that list of people who i would give my shirt to you’ve helped me from the start & i do appreciate you!!! I must come across as an asshole on here, but im not! I try to be polite & respectful to everyone. Unless your an asshole lol.
Thanks man, I have never noticed any ass holeish behavior from you my friend. Hope you get some good numbers on your dry
O my misunderstanding then bro. Sorry about that. Completely understandable though. Its tough being a new parent lol.
But if u have any questions and cant get an answer. Feel free to tag
@Brainsacco1 More trichromes after fan leaf trim? Thank you for answering my question.
Gee, should I pull a plant and clear some fan leaves? Boost color and oil?
4 weeks since flip, flowers look great for white (no color).
Tempting and i just may have to try during next full watering, Saturday.
@Dennis62 @DEEPDIVERDAVE let me know what happens! Please. Im definitely doing it again when the time comes. Thank you brother!!
I hope you didn’t misunderstand me! I removed the fan leaves when the buds were about a month away from the chop. Or at least i thought it was. (Its taking forever to see some amber. If your not close like i thought i was? Wait until you start planning your chop (at least two weeks) the fan leaves that are still on there! Let them fatten your buds, then do an early wet trim. That’s was my intention. Looking good brother
@DEEPDIVERDAVE this is a before & after. Like i said i was trying to get a jump on wet trimming. If you zoom in on the after pictures you will see the trich’s that appeared. I thought i was close to the chop but i wasn’t even close. Next time ill do less & wait a week & so on. This could very well be dumb luck lol. But im trying it again. It’s 13 weeks old & still taking water with no trichromes in site.
This was about a week later
I’m not entirely certain if you left enough fans to power the photosynthesis to ripen the buds.
In my grow, only the strong survive.
I can wait while it grows slowely.
I have learned 50 ways to kill plants.
Bonzi Clones are my favorites.
We can check in a week.
Fun to try new grow tricks.
@Newt My thoughts exactly (afterwords ) thats why i said i will try it in increments. On just one
@DEEPDIVERDAVE if you don’t feel comfortable trying this? I’ll tag you after i try again! No sense in harming mine & yours!!
MANUALLY, intentionally dipped top bud into “POLLEN JAR” (harvested, saved, pollen from 2014 and 2022 grow)
. White fliiments turned brown and maybe I get some seeds. Got time to learn at high level.
Seeds and curing are the two remaining hurdles for LEARNING.
Thats way over my head lol. But interesting
DDD, love deep treking and chewing bubble gum at -200 feet on air.
WE are in this together. I want to push the envelope for learning.
Do you clone? Awesomely rewarding or green can material.
Brothers in plants!!!
no i don’t clone im on my second grow, but i would love to lear how to do it!
Forum and YouTube videos can explain faster and better than I can.
While EVERYONE says its easy, it isn’t. Until you unlock the combo for your application (grow conditions). Hell, they even make machines, now days. In the 70’s it was seed, soil, light bulb, and good luck. Now is SO different. LSS, growing clones got me 35 year in detention. Parolled and doing clones again, imagine that. The advantage of cloning is the plant will always be in grow and available. Canopy for buds is above ground level and clones can survive at ground level (low light). Many other factors influence, but having known quality buds all through grow can be important. @Underthestairs VACBOC eye appointment went well, thank you for asking and your well wishes. Result is 3-month reschedule and discuss laser surgery for reducing eye pressures (glaucoma).
Fun Factoid: I am trying to clone some lilac bushes. Yard needs privacy fencing. 30 lilac transplants started last year and most survived the lawn mower and weed-wacker evolutions.
@LiesGrows and @Spudgunner are clone growers and have printed their methods in forum postings
Forum search for phrase “also cut all leafs that are left behind in half as this” (The1stTimer’s post)
Forum search phrase: Serial clone murderer REALLY
My cloning method is similiar to @Spiney_norman
