Yeah I’ve been aiming more for 6.4

I found these threads and saw @BobbyDigital and @Bulldognuts had commented on ph with this soil. So I dont think that is the problem.

Alright sooooo… treat it like soil. Runoff ph in veg 6.3 to 6.5. In flower. 6.5 to 6.8

Also are you checking runoff ph or just ph going on? Same with tds. You want your runoff ppm to be around 600 to 800

Haven’t watered to run off. As they have only had cups of water at a time if not less.
Read that with living soil you dont want to water to run off.

Just a little stumped

Ypu need water to runoff to check your ppm and ph if you are having issues

Should I maybe pull the nursery bags out or dig around them to see if roots are growing through first?

Watering is scheduled for tomorrow night, so I’m thinking of doing it then in case i need to water them back in and I can test run off then and maybe a soil slurry?

Or should I do it tonight?

Just dont want to over water

Thats up to you bro. I would def do a slurry while youre at it

Do you think they will be okay til tomorrow night? Or should I do it tonight when they wake up this evening?

Sorry for all the questions, still technically my first grow. Thank you all for the help!

Wait until normal watering day.

I’d also wait for a normal watering day.

What all comes in coco loco? If I’m not mistaken, it’s an amended coco. If so maybe get your run off next go round. Not a whole lot, but enough to check ppms. It won’t help a ton, but will let you know if she’s gonna need coco treatment or coco loco treatment

Awesome! Still debating of I should pull the nursery bag or not as well tomorrow to see if roots are breaking through. But I dont want to damage anything.

That away I can do a slurry when I pull the bag, and run off when I water back in? Or just leave her be and water to slight run off

I’m not a fan of disturbing roots if at all avoidable. Are they due for uplifting anytime soon? I absolutely abhor adding the chance to screw up anything especially roots. They can be finicky.

My vote would be, maintain and get more info. If she’s still slow by the weekend, maybe do a lil surgery and puppy her for the heck of it.

Cool, that’s more along the lines of something I would rather do. I really didn’t want to pull them up.

ACI says the roots should grow through the bag, and I have read other growers plant them directly with no problem.

So plan is water tomorrow to slight run off and check ph and ppm.

Also for my knowledge is this her locking out N? Trying to familiarize myself with the leaf chart

Roots have no problem going threw nursery bags I wouldn’t suspect that’s your problem.

Aside from some very specific circumstance, I agree.
Thr parts of the root that absorb nutrient are tiny little hairs along the root. Very easy to damage and take time for plant to repair.

This is like 85% truth. Sometimes things happen with “nursery” pots. You can, in future runs, to use a razorblade and slit a few places on the nursery bag to ensure roots dont have to work really hard to get through, or just plant into forever home and eliminate transplant all together.

Check this flow chart for leaf diagnosis. Super good refrence.

Possibly. But that looks more along the lines of overwatering/root zone distress then N deficiency. They both look similar

@Docnraq i saw that one earlier and saved it to my phone. I think Caligirl posted.

@PurpNGold74 i felt in my gut that I may have been overwatering. I never watered within 3 in of the stalk. The pot still felt a bit heavy but I cant lift much and weights vary depending on how my back is, and was just going every 3 days on watering cycle. Should I add an extra day
