Blue Dream - Close to Harvest?

Blue Dream auto, planted 8/5, so it is pushing 10 weeks. Can someone give some guidance on how much longer.

The plant is 21" tall and I honestly do not remember the flower date, but I would say like 3ish weeks.

I am using Promix soil from Walmart and water. No nutrients at all.

This is my second grow and I put way too many plants in my tent (4 in 2x3). My first grow was a single Harlequin and it did not get that big, so I did not think it was that big of a deal.

This grow has 1 Blue Dream, 2 Harlequin and a Jokerz packed in. I will do better research next time about how big plants get, etc. :slightly_smiling_face: Jokerz and Harlequin are photo.

One of my Harlequin is already almost as tall as the tent and the other is not far behind. Jokerz is somewhere between Harlequin and Blue Dream.

If you have any tips, I am open to ideas to both improve this grow or and a better start for #3.

I am hoping this turns out good. I have never had Blue Dream flower, just couple hits off vape and that was awesome.

Not sure what to expect as far as how strong, etc. I am a light weight. The Jokerz was given to me by a friend and I hear that is strong.

Thank you. I am patiently waiting to try it and compare flower to vape, because vape is the only Blue Dream I have had.

If its only been flowering for three weeks then you have a loooong way to go still.

Typically we try to take note of when an autoflower hits the flower stage and we count the weeks from that point.
Typically cannabis will flower for 6-12 weeks with 8 weeks being the average.

Now that’s not set in stone, autoflower can sometimes move faster and it’s sometimes hard to judge exactly when the flower stage begins so my guess would be she has a few weeks left “2-4”.

But she dose look very nice and she very well could be done sooner.

Counting weeks in flower is one indication and the next indication i watch for is "all most all the white hairs have turned dark from top to bottom of the plant. With the exception of some new growth at the tips or here and there if that makes sense…

Water consumption in flower greatly increase as im sure you’ve noticed by now, and that can be another indication to watch for.
Once shes nearing the end her water consumption will go down…

I have had some alien moonrocks and some twisted cookies that both finished with about 6weeks of flower and around 10weeks total, so some do move faster then the “typical” plant…

Thank you, I did not think I was doing that good honestly because of the plant size and not a lot of buds, but I am glad to know I am on the right track. There are a lot of smalls with the main one being nice size.

Going back through scribbled notes, I started my plants with 18/6 lights (8/5), switched to 12/12 at 5 weeks (9/9) and all plants started flowering within the next couple weeks. So I am going safely say based off my notes the Blue Dream is 4 weeks into flower.
