I picked up a couple things off amazon this year, wondering if anyone found any good deals for stuff I didn’t think of.

I got this light, it’s 85 watts full spectrum, for $40 less 20% off = $32. The nice thing is that it is dimable. I plan to use it for seedlings and/or clones in a 2 x 2 x 48 tent I accidentally bought a while ago, but I can put it to use with this lamp. I’m sure I could have rigged something up from menards for a little cheaper, but $32 is good enough for me and it should last for years, plus I can dial up the brightness if I want, but I plan to use it at about half strenght. 2 could be used for flowering a small space I suppose if anyone has a different use in mind.

Then I picked up 2 of these fans on subscribe and save for just under $20, never hurts to have back-ups

Finally I got 3 of these on subscribe and save for $27 each, I haven’t used this brand before, but the ones i have seem to last about 4 months, and I have 1 new laft, so this should get me through the next year.

note: the samsung diodes on this lamp are not the premium 301h or 301b, but an older diode. it will work just fine for my purposes, but thought I should throw that in as a disclosure

@DeadW8life monkey fans for interior fans and AC infinity for exhaust, don’t buy anything else or its a waste of money

I’ve never tried monkey fans, but I have one of these blowing upwards under the scrog in my 4 x 4, and it’s fixed my bud rot issues. It’s cheaper than the clip fans too, but I have a couple cheap clip fans circulating the air on top of the scrog as well.

I have one of those great fan but impossible to secure to anything.

Strongly suggest never buying cheap clip fans again, but the monkey 30w pole fans :ok_hand::monkey:

Odd - Monkey fans get crap reviews on Amazon. 33% 5 stars, 41% 1 stars…
I’ve read bad reviews of them on other sites too.
I’ve never used Monkey fans since I can buy 3 clip on fans at Target for the same money!
I got mounting arms from Etsy and @CoyoteCody here on the site makes them too.
I’ve been using my cheap ass clips-ons NON STOP since June with no issues.

And that’s MY 0.02…

I’ve got that under-net also!!
I have seen them being hung using a standard light hoist thing. The ratchet thing whose name escaped me with that last bong rip!! LOL!

Just this morning I was thinking I should get another fan and carbon filter for intake into my closet. Thanks for the reminder. AC Infinity S6 and carbon filter ordered with 15% blackfriday discount. It should be dual purpose as both an intake and scrubber.

Mate sounds like u went on a shopping spree and i think that light should be fine for clones and seedlings

This seems to work well in my 4x4 gorilla tent.

Spins all day and night. Doesn’t have to be tied or clipped on. And no issues with rotating stopping because of cheap gears as this doesn’t have to change direction.

Could probably buy a smaller one as this was a bit over kill. But wanted to be sure when I ordered it.

Does this one spin 360° I have a tower fan that only rotates back and forth. Also what’s the brand name if it goes 360.
