So today i found a bunch of mushrooms growing in my topsoil. Im reading that it is Birds Nest Fungi and its harmless other than that it can lead to fungal gnats. Im wondering if i should leave them or pick them out of the dirt.
I’d remove them before the start breaking down, that’s when trouble bugs will come 
But hey, ya got happy soil 
Thank you, I wasnt sure because the definition of what the fungi did sounded beneficial to my plant.
The myco in the dirt is your beneficial
