Best parchment to get for rosin press?

Any suggestions on where to get heavy duty parchment or if I should even be using that, is it the same as silicone paper? If not which one should I order? Just ordered dab press, trying to get the materials around before it arrives. Nothing worse than having a new toy you can’t use.

I use silicone baking mats it works very well.

Thanks guys. I already have several silicone mats I cover my trimming desk with. I’m gonna order that paper too. My press came with a combo pack of filters. Which ones do you prefer. I have a lot of keef to press and about 8 oz of bud that I haven’t decided if I want to grind and sift or just mash buds. Heres the package I got

I have not pressed sift, but I don’t use the filter bags with flower, I just compress it first.

Is that wet flower? I have only cured right now, more wet ones in about 6 weeks.

Nope dried and cured.
