At this early stage, you don’t need to remove fan leaves. Your plant is using them for photosynthesis to grow. You won’t need to take leaves off unless you need to increase airflow or expose covered buds in flower.
@SilentHippie said it all the fan leaves are the engine for your plant don’t take them unless u have to. 

At this point t I wouldn’t trim anything.
I do trim any leaves that contact the soil, and pull off leaves as the completely yellow, but you’re quite far from that.

Thank you @Drinkslingeri still aint got a good light thats y its not further along than it is i only have a 4ft led shop light 5700k then i got 2 single led bulbs in a flood light fixture and also have cfl and a red grow light im bout to get the right lighting within a couple weeks as long as its not over a 100 but i really appreciate everyones advice
They don’t need a tremendous amount of light for the first month. Admittedly, the proper intensity within the proper spectrum will help, but you can skimp a little in the beginning.
