Looks like on the verge of turning Amber at a lot of places so I might Harvest very soon. Probably not tomorrow morning but Monday morning before lights on I’ll cut the branches off the Banana Kush. Gorilla Glu is right behind the Banana Kush

small examining bud

Chronic Widow 7 weeks

Update on the 4x4 tent, CW and GSC. Coming along nice, Can’t wait on the CW , 100 % cbd and it works wonders on my arthritis in my hands, hips, and back. At first I was worried about that stretch but if it fills in with buds the more the merrier. Getting real close to chopping the BK and GG in the big tent.

Next time I am using the scrog net I think, double layer. Big buds are falling over and I did not plan on such big buds, so now I know. 2 of those co2 bags in a sealed 5x5 tent had to contribute to some of the size. And alot of lights, if you don’t have enough lights the co2 is useless.

@raustin I have read some of your blogs and seen that you like to drill a hole in the stem. I am considering doing that, but I have 2 plants, a Banana Kush that is about 2 days from chop and a Gorilla Glue about the same time chop, Is it too late for any benifit for those two? What size hole? Do you do it first thing in morning , before water? after water? Now I have an sativa, called sour headless that is going to go another week, Also I have another thing to consider, if this process is to get more of snowy looking bud, then maybe not feasible to do it If it is to increase potency then it would be worth it, because they already covered in snow from the molasses I have been using.

It’s not too late to split the stem. You need at least 7 days for it to make a difference. It doesn’t matter when you do it, just get a drill bit no bigger than 1/4" and drill the main stem at the bottom. It’s very easy to do this way. Even if it’s too late to do its not like it’s going to hurt anything, so I say try it.

Ok cool, that is what I thought but I didn’t know, seen a pic you posted I guess awhile back that is why I asked you, thx for your reply ! :grinning:

Well I guess I did okay I did it in two spots and stuck a bamboo stick through the stem.
