Auto's,delaying flowering

g’day guys, just wondering what’s best possible way of keeping auto’s in veg state to get largest and thickest plant before flower kicks in.is this even possible without lights only outdoor grow. Have white widow.nth lights and couple hazes. Are you totally governed by genetics or are there any tricks. From gold coast qld.

Just from what I’ve read on here. I believe that autos are going to change over regardless of light cycles. I do believe that having them 24/0 or 18/6 would be best for growth but they’ll grow and flower regardless . You may want to get another opinion though cause I’m still a new grower and haven’t grown autos before.

You cannot keep an auto from flowering, they will flower with age when they are sexually mature enough rather than triggering with lights

Autos flower based on age, it has nothing to do with lighting. I’ve heard you can try lowering the temps to around 55° F, but it’s not generally recommended.

If you are trying to get the most out of your autos, I found an interesting article that may be worth a read. I won’t post the link here, but you could Google “pushing-auto-flowering-marijuana-to-maximum-yields”.

Good luck!
