My replies are slower as I get into my work season 10 to 6 and have been watching weather maps and checking forecasts for last 30 minutes trying to determine if I am working or not? This becomes my morning routine for the next 7 months with the exception of the fact it will start earlier as the sun starts to rise earlier So I skim through things unless there is an issue in morning and don’t get chance to answer too much until evening

I got you my friend, and as you mentioned it, I think myself that the weather pattern everywhere is getting so much more unpredictable @Donaldj hope things get better soon .
Just an update people all 5 plants are doing great I have now changed the lighting to my MarsHydro UFO 300 watt for the next 2 weeks and they are loving it also its my first time to use them I intend on finishing my grow with adding two 400 watt HPS full spectrum any opinions please feel free folks @dbrn32 maybe you can have a look mate . I have to go for an appointment so il be away for a little while but not long.

My job is educated gambling rain when I have a roof torn open could be potentially the last roof we do low slope flat roofer I worship weather. I check satelite maps air pressure wind direction on every weather site in my area than forecast and radar track movement and patterns over an hour or 2 every morning before any day is a yes or no Spring and Fall are most challenging as I can work 1-2 days than be off for week or more. Still treat each day as if I work though early mornings and early nights on call every morning/day some mornings I am up by 3-4am but currently sunrise is after 6 and sunlight changes everything

How large of space are planning on finishing in? I like the thought of two different light sources, but if the space is right, a single 600 may be better. Only reason I say that is that the 600 hps is usually a little more efficient 400 or 1000. The cmh are even more efficient yet, so if you’re gonna be shopping a couple things to consider.

Finally I can see what you doing step by step 
Like MattyBear you can repot the autoflowering strains but you need to do this with caution to keep the root system intact. I recommend you to put them in the final pot as soon as possible, this way you can prevent any problems with plant stress because of multiple repot.

Yeah my smart pot’s arrive in the morning @M4ur I was wondering when you would come on buddy il need some help with some LST training .
I am vegging in a 2’× 2’ tent and 1 have a 3’×3’ and I also have a 4’×4’ and an 8’×10’ concrete shed that is air sealed but that last one is for a big grow next time LOL with all females inside it can’t wait, so they all 5 Autos are going to be going into forever home’s in my 3’×3’ tent today any advice for me on lighting @dbrn32 as I mentioned I want to add a 400 watt HID light but I still want to keep the MarsHydro UFO 300 watt I do not have a clue if it is just a waste off light and energy but I can see that the LED really brought all the seedlings through very impressively opinions please from anyone that might look in .

OK so this is something that I would like to share with all, in the first 2 weeks I have lost 1 GG that did not germinate and 1 SweetBerry Cough dew to a Damping off problem 
, here is a photo of the SweetBerry just about 3 hours before it died off on me

It’s really gonna depend on the space that you’re looking to add in. If you’re looking hard at an hid option, those 315 cmh are gonna get you more par and a better spectrum than a 400 watt hps. It would be ideal in the 3x3. You’d need something bigger for 4x4 space or larger though. Depending on which space, the options that make sense are gonna vary a little bit.

@Johnzy81, To me it looks like the soil is very dry… I am not familiar with BioBizz soil. I have used ProMix BX, and ProMix HP, and FoxFarm OF. Adding a layer of Coco on my last grow caused a few issues. This Grow presently is with FFOF. I am liking that because I can use less ppms of basic neuts, and secondary neuts, and feed lightly with each watering, and they are coming along just fine. (in fact just did some defoliating tonight). When they are young like that, I try to mist them lightly with plain pH’d water once a day. Also check your pH meter to make sure it is calibrated correctly. One of mine went out on me on the last grow, and I didn’t catch it until I had signs of something going on with the plants (I didn’t know if you remembered me writing about that in my last grow journal). (If you recall, I got to them in time, and saved the plants, but it did affect them for awhile). I use my Viparspectra 450W (on Veg setting) (blue lights), from germinating (but use a hood to cover them until they are looking healthy and transplanted into cups, then into small pots, then final pots…That is about all I can think of right now… Sorry you lost those though…

You can go whit that after them will be at least 2-3 weeks old(2 weeks for auto strain). Now depends on how much them will grow

It’s ok mate lesson will be learnt tho and you are correct I was away for a but and when I got back my soil did look like a desert landscape but I am on top off that, but 1of my GGs also dry out to much on me and is behind her sister but is a day or so younger hopefully she will catch up I’m sure it will plenty of TLC, I have both off my meters the PH and PPM all freshly calibrated so I have no worries there thankfully, thanks for the reply and advice mate .
