The first and second photo looks male to me. The third photo, I can’t really tell.

Edit: I missed that there were three photos, I corrected my statement.

Same plant.the suspect growth is in the same place up the stem on both sides. Hermi? Looks like it’s in pre flower. I removed the cock and balls. Should I pull it or keep a close eye on it and let it grow?

From what I’ve read… Pods that form on the stalk are a “true” hermie, as in genetic.
Nanners, male parts that form in the flower bud itself are environmentally triggered somehow or just old age.

Basically, there’s 2 kinds of “hermies”.

EDIT: I should clarify that there needs to be female parts in the first example as well… or it’s just a plain ol’ male  But the male parts are supposed to be the first to express themselves.

Pluck them off and see what happens. If more appear you have a problem. I have had this happen plucked of and no more appeared. One of those later on produced nanners on 1 top bud. Plucked nanners every 2 to 3 days when I watered. For 2.5 weeks. Then nothin no more nanners. Weird thing was nanners were only on 1 top bud rest of plant was fine. After harvest we found 1 seed about 6 months later in a bud from that grow. It is the only seed I have ever gotten from an indoor grow of mine.
Anyway keep an eye on it if you keep it.
