Ask me anything!

Thank you @Nicky !!
Is 5F degrees difference from day time to night time is enough gap or should i try and make it 10F?

you like autos then I would grow a couple fastbuds autos and then compare every thing to that in the future, mephiso is one of the top auto breeders, he works with night owl so they have good ones to, Dutch passion and dinafem also. Go from there. Thanks Nicky I’ll be making a investment tomorrow

i did a slurry soil test and the ph was 6.4-6.6 and the tds ppm was 705. Should i get nutrients now?

10F or 5C between day and night temps.

You should get nutrients yes. You can do that many ways, teas organically, or just salt based nutrients, a million ways to feed your soil and your plants.

That’s what these ChilLEd pucks are @Nicky . They’re some of the best you can buy at 2.7umols/j

I am a beginner and have a question about drip irrigation. Well. Do you recommend as a primary method of watering during vegetative and flowering?

Ok I’m finishing my fourth grow. Three indoor and one outdoor. None big! All but the outdoor ones were autos.
I use the Viparspectra XS2000 LED in a AC infinity 2x4x6 tent. I used the earth dust method this round and only used the three ga. smart pots.
I’ll attach photos.
I’ve never gotten a big plant! Even with the Bruce Banner Fems. I know the autos are often small, but the one I chopped last night was seriously only 7" tall! Tonight I chop the second one and it’s no more than 9-10"!
Should I keep my lights much farther away or something? I made my first grow stretch too much, so I lowered my lights, and then stunted them!
So now idk what do to!
Where do I start, where do I need to keep the light over the canopy?
I usually try to keep the dli at about 38ish. I just feel like I could be getting so much more out of these plants.
That light should easily cover two plants but I feel like I’m stunting the growth and limiting my yield.
I plan to grow two more BB fems as soon as I clean up from this grown.
I just really need to know how to stop getting such tiny plants!

That’s a very broad question, I think I would need more information on how you plan to run it.
It will work if you do it right and it will not work if it’s done wrongly… So I think a detailed plan should be explained before I can fairly judge

It’s 100% environmental in your case, Remeber this you are playing God.
The better you play God the better your results.
Go see my DLI thread, read the first two pages and scroll to near the end to get the updated chart.
Also ensure you have a cannabis VPD chart printed out and pinned to your grow tent or somewhere super close, this is how you’ll ensure your humidity and temp is within the right ranges.

But before all that the medium that the plant is growing in needs to be ideal.
From the time a seed is planted into soil/coco is when the real work starts.
Coco is going to destroy and soil grow yeild, if grow length and Environment is similar.

Then for the first 3 weeks VPD is going to make a huge difference, so keeping them domed or at a 100% humidity with the temp night and warm is gonna have a huge impact.

For lights follow the DLI guide, if you want more stretch give the plant less light.
If you want less stretch aka less space between nodes then you want to give the plant more light.
Gauge your plant on a regular basis.

Finally water is going to matter, so if your not good at watering Ina dry wet cycle (aka picking up all your pots every time and checking the weight) then get autopots and you’ll increase your yeild and automation.

My ppfd per wattage tbh, powers so cheap I don’t really care here (and their LED’s so I’m sure they are efficient enough =/. )

Hey I have a question about something on the leaves, do you know what it is? Looks like clear slime or white powder but doesn’t come off

Sorry the photo is a little low resolution to pick up gjsg kind of detail, from here it looks good to me I wouldn’t worry about it.

Why do some strains give you the Munchies more than others?

How to maintain DLI when 1 plant canopy higher then the other?

Ok thanks! Here’s one more pic just in case. It looks kinda like slug slime but no slugs anywhere near these plants. Just maybe extra cautious I suppose

The top on bottom big leaves have a speckle clear to them if you can see it

Short answer is “it’s a drug and it interacts with your Brian to cause processes of your body to change their normal regulation, when things are regulated differently they have different effects on the processes that exist within our body”

And in this case a hormone stimulates your brain when the body is effected by THC, the hormone engages cells within your gut to tell your brain its hungry… Or not hungry.
High potency high frequency users can have a different reaction to happen within the gut cells, this causes what used to be the munchies with appetite suppression instead happening.

By raising your shorter plants to try and keep a more even canopy.

Also I still see nothing of concern on the baby plant @Jheuvel32
