Are you using an ultrasonic humidifier with tap water?
No i am using evaporative cooler and hunidity around 55-70 and sometimes it goes a little high between 70-75 very rarely and temp is around 27
It looks like mineral dust, but it could be white powdery mildew. If so, a dilute mix of hydrogen peroxide and water will get rid of it. Mix 5 parts water to 1 part peroxide and mist twice a day for a couple of days. It’s best to do it right before lights out.

Celsius, yes. Anywhere from 20 to 30C is acceptable.

Could be mineral deposits from the humidifier or WPM. Shoot for 50% RH. @MidwestGuy gotcha covered on the WPM
