Welcome I would keep taking care of them let those buds fatten up add a little weight. 9 weeks is a little early. The Breeders guide is just a estimate.

Yeah that is definitely a little different color than Iām used to seeing. Wonder what strain.

I would get a jewelers loupe or something to look at the trichomes. You want it to be cloudy with a bit of amber
I did their milky had some I did inside I let them go longer and they never did get fat and hard
@phfred Yeah they do look a little fluffy. I would think outside they would finish and get solid buds. What strain are you growing ?
