Started germinating these Grandaddy Purple photo seeds on December 26th, and went into my DWC on January 1st. Ive attached pics of each of the 2 plants on the 1st and today, the 14th. Do you guys think my plants’ growth is on track?

They look happy and healthy to me. Probably just growing roots before they shoot up in above growth.
Are you making sure the roots are in the water?? I DWC as well and I found that filling the bucket with enough water at this point is very important until them roots reach the water. As they reach the water you should reduce the water level so the root continue to reach for it. Once the roots grow down into the depths of the water their ready.
Yup that’s exactly what I did. I had the water level about 1/4 of the way up the pot until the roots made their way out the bottom of the net pot, and then I lowered it to about 1.5” below.
