Been on 18/6 for 7.5 weeks and im not really certain how to tell? Here’s a pics of the tops. It’s strange because im still on veg.
These are Amnesia Haze photos from ILGM.
You are seeing preflowering pistils. When the plant is actually flowering you will see “tufts” of pistils. Here is an example of a plant that I have that is just starting to flower.
Looks like pre flower so they call it. Not flowering until the top forms a bud.
Appears to be pre-flowering, letting you know she is sexually mature and ready to flower.
Ya, merlin knows whats up.
I was in the process of setting up my scrog net. Do you think it’s too late?
Nope not too late, won’t go into full flowering til you change the light schedule to 12/12.
Thanks a ton bro! I was kinda freaking out
I did that last year. Then i figured after 10 weeks of flower they gotta be done. But i started counting weeks of flower to early.
Haha i like tuff more then button… im stealing it lol
Looking good. Yes agree pre_flower.
I do keep track of exactly how old my plants are and how long it has been since flipping to flowering light schedule. I use those numbers for general planning purposes, but I don’t use any of that information do determine when to harvest. I look at the trichomes and the overall look of the buds to determine when to harvest.
@merlin44 @Hellraiser
do you consider this to be flowering. It hasn’t reached button stage but certainly has pistils.
These were taken 10 days after flip
I would say that yours are on the very first day of flowering. Mine normally take 10 or 11 days to transition.
I have done 2 runs with amnesia haze seeds from ilgm. Very first run and maybe my 4th run. They always seemed to preflower rather quickly and will grow tall so be ready.
I like to see a bit more hair @beardless ur either a day or 2 away from what id call flower.
But as u know… to each there own. And the magic man knows his stuff
We all want to see a bit more hair…
Lmmfao. If I was drinking something, itd be all over my screens rn
Beardless for a reason. Baldy was taken.
@PurpNGold74 I am going with flowering. If I see real pistils I proclaim she is flowering
The difference is hairs at the node compared to hairs on the top. @beardless very early stage.
