So im a first time grower… Growimg out of 2x3 tent with 4 " carbon filter and exhaust fan. Mini intake blower lighting with 1000 watt bestva fullspectrum and also 300 watt growneer with veg and bloom swiches on it. And have mixed root farm hydroponic soil with miracle grow soil 1/2 1/2 in little over 3 gallon bucket and have ph down tester and bottle of big buds bloom. Should i top and super crop. And how does it affect the time span? I have a photo a friend gave me. Should i take the same approach i have with this

I would be leary use miracle grow soil.
Cause of nutes. Would defiantly top.
But would keep an eye on leaves if they start yellowing it’s more then likely the soil.
I use sohum soil and am very happy. No need to add nutes and ph is never an issue.
Put mine in 15 gallon air bags so it’s really about 10 gallons.
I did a scrog method less stress .
Tho it’s my first grow. Did tons of research as ive always grew outside so lighting and ventilation add to it also

This is the worst soil to use for cannabis. It has time release nitrogen. Which is exactly what you DON’T want when in flower. When you go to flush for a nutrient issue, or releases MORE nitrogen, opposite of what you want to do when flushing.
No, you’re too late for topping. If this is an auto, this will detrimental. You can top an auto, but you have to do it early. My opinion is to never top an auto. Low stress training is the best advice for an auto if it gets too large.
Photo’s you can take a similar approach as you would autos, however you can top them, super crop them, and generally abuse them. You just take a little longer to veg them before they completely recover then you can flip them to flower. Autos are on their own schedule don’t interrupt them. Highly recommend to never use miracle grow soil for cannabis. Sohum is good, Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil is an excellent soil. Nutrients will be needed around the 6 week period so just plan accordingly.
When watering ALWAYS PH your water to 6.2-6.5 when watering, and adjusting your ph after adding nutrients when feeding. Always check the run off (when the plant is mature enough don’t drown a seedling) and adjust your next ph accordingly.

That plant is a strain of green crack i got from a friend but my autos are day four from seed. To topping is still option right. Or does it stun the plant giving less yeild and quality. And after mixing my hydro soil with miracle grow soil i baked it to steralize it so nitrogen release shouldnt be a issue
Little known fact when the government went all war against drugs an growers were getting caught they were getting caught with miracle grow, the company didn’t like their name tied to it so the intentionally made their soil mixes bad for us to use as growers
It’s not what i would of selected if i had options but all they had left was 1 bag of each and the closest shop with supplies is a rt min ride away and had no way there. . with mu whole setup being done im too tight. On cash to buy any more nutes. I have been using big buds bloom with root farm ph down to keep it in check. I know bave all 3 micro,grow,bloom is ideal but just bloom alone will it still have. Good. Yeild. 2 light in 2x3 tent 1000watt bestva full spec and growneer 300watt veg and bloom option. Planning on topping 4 times and Lst. 3.5 gallon pots starting 2 afghan ryders and 1 amnesia haze. Is it best to keep clipping fan leaves as bus start there own branch or should i leat it go and do it 2 or 3 time instead. And i also tend to water more often using less than puttimg enough to hake it drain and wait till dries out.
