Not mold but is something that you probably don’t want to smoke. Peroxide bud wash would be good.
Thats either bug poop or exoskeletons left behind from mites… ive used a lemon juice / baking soda wash for this past harvest due to a spider mite infestation due to introducing clones that were started in a friends outdoor soil which was full of mites… ( I found out this way too late )
