I use a magical butter decarbox.

I own one and I don’t like it.
It stinks up my house and never worked well from the get go it just never sealed right for some reason.

I don’t recommend it. I tried once and there is just too much moisture. It comes out soaking wet.

I have decarbed fresh Undried flower on my grill and it works much better than the ardent.

It’s easy enough to dry. I shouldn’t need to cure. So I’ll just throw it in a drying rack.

It has alot of safety in place.
You should be around when I have the big All-american pots running, they make me nervous. I never get ear distance away from them. Insta pots, I’ll go mow the yard while it’s running

One oz of trim? Just one oz of trim to a pound of butter? One oz of trim equals maybe a ¼oz of buds, potency-wise. That means the potency of that lb of budder is probably only 2000mg of THC or so, total, rough estimate. If you have an extreeeeeeemely low tolerance, you should be very happy. However, I suspect you’re going to need to ingest a lot of budder to properly dose yourself. Why are you differentiating between decarbing and cooking? What made you label them as 2 separate things…

I know I did 1oz larfy trim per cup of coconut oil and is was pretty bomb!

I love my Ardent FX. Tired of worrying about temps and all the other variables. Easier to clean and operate. Set it and forget it. No smell. I decarbed 3g last night and then infused it with 1/3 cup EVOO. Came out with 450mg thc to toss into brownie mix. Dose it from there.

You don’t really want to decarb undried product. You’ll end up with a nasty green taste and color in your edibles unless you are doing a full extraction.

I just decarbed 118g of trim and it took 2 sessions.
