Looks great to me. Lots of growth from 3 days ago. I dig it!
Thanks for chiming in @DaveySprocket! Helps ease my stress a bit. Thanks again!
Doesnāt look like you stressed them to bad growing good
Thanks @Crazy81! If I didnāt itās a miracle. The two were unintentionally manhandled in transition. Hopefully dodged a bullet
Thanks for your encouragement!
Beginning week 3 with these two. Technically in Veg now? Week 2 provided good growth I think. Iām still curious about the spacing between branches, but I guess it will all get sorted out. I am adjusting the light schedule today to 20/4 and will be interested in seeing if the ārestā time encourages growth. Just before light out today Iāll apply Neem oil to the leaves of both.
Lifting the 3g pots this morning revealed they are still heavy with water from the soil prep for transplant. I used a moisture meter and it read āwetā throughout the pots in the lower 1/3. The top soil surrounding the plants is dry, but still damp just below the surface so Iāll wait prbly 1 more day before watering again. When I do water it will be approx 4 oz circling the stems, and expanding the area further out toward rims of the containers. Conditions in the tent continue to be consistent @ 76F/55%RH. 6" exhaust inline running at level 2 pulling fresh air in through open vent in bottom of tent and out through top. The 6" oscillating fan is running at level 3 creating just enough breeze to tickle the leaves slightly. The light is still 18" above plants, set at approx 30% supplying 360PPFD/27DLI +/-
pics are of day#8 & day#14 showing development for week 2
Looking good plants look strongā¦
Happy Growing
Thanks @ScottsBuds! I had concerns about the one on the right. She was looking a little pitiful yesterday, but perked up nicely after a drink. Glad to see her backā¦
Thanks for your support, and happy growing took you as well.
Looking good! Enjoy the veg!
Thanks @Truetopath! Looking forward!
Pre flower at day 17. Gonna be a quick veg it looks like. Wonder if this is a result of the stressful transplant? Not sure if I should I should LST in about a week as planned, or let them grow. Any advice is appreciated . Thanks in advance.
Of the eight I just grew the early bird started pre-flower at the same time. The plant got about two and a half 3 ft with no topping or training and did finish 4 weeks before the others
@DaveySprocket did you not train because of the early pre flower?
@DaveySprocket how was the yield in the early bird?
It was my first indoor grow and I let everything go natural. As quickly as this one finished Iām not sure if training would be beneficial. But my no means am I an expert, just thinking if it finishes as quick as my early bird pre flower then maybe best to leave alone. Of the eight only one of mine started preflower that early and the next few was a week later and so on. Maybe you got a quick one on your hands. I got 2 oz after drying for 10 days in a controlled environment
I agree with the idea of letting them grow without training. Thanks for your input!
