I have run into so many variations even my clones turned out differently from their mother’s. Well except the Dudes had a clone go dude on me, clipping from a dude in disguise

This is a very common observance especially with autoflower plants.
Just like kids from the same parents will look different, plants from seeds, even from the same parent plants, will usually have variations. Its the mechanism that has kept cannabis thriving for millennia. What will be closer between them is the effects of the smoke. That’s is what breeders have worked to stabilized.
