This AK47 auto is on week 12. Easy sailing the entire grow. She has always been a bit more in the lime green side but now she is displaying some other signs of stress. New growth is bright lime green. Some leaves are turning darling green later. So I guess it’s a mobile deficiency? Maybe potassium.? I’m using fox farm plus beastie bloom plum mammoth p and recharge. Occasional cal mag. Was using distilled water until half way through the grow now switch and I’m Using city tap water coming in at 140 ppm chlorinated and using drops of balance for water purity.
Even though your pistils are still white so it’s not quite ready, as you are getting closer to harvest, the fan leaves will naturally start to yellow as nutrition is used up and the plant focuses on bud production. You may not want to feed her anymore or your flavor could suffer.
It’s my first grow so I’m not 100% sure. I’m thinking about 2-3 more weeks for harvest. I was planning to cut Nutes and flush this week but wanted to check what this might be.
Potassium would be a safe bet. You still have lots of green growth around the buds. You could let the big fan leaves go.
You can flush by simply watering with dechlorinated pHed tap with no nutrients and/or microbes for the next 2-3 wks. Lots of different philosophies on how to grow plants.
Today I did a flush just to be sure and validate the PH levels are acceptable. PH test was right at 6.5 so it think it’s fine. I am still concerned because I wonder if there is enough energy left for her to finish strong??? Thank you by the way for your help.
