Advice on on helping this little one

Good morning growers, looking for advice. I have three babies in a small grow tent and I’m sure it’s adequate at best for starting. The GDP photo pictured is 7 days from breaking the surface and is looking weak. The seed was germinated starting in water at 18 hours and then put between moist paper towels resulting in a good .5” tap root. It was transferred to this pot in organic soil which I moistened then domed. I had the 150 watts of light too high and it became stretchy. Lowered the lights and went very light on water just misting a dome. There is a heat mat under the tent and a small fan running in the tent. Lights are at 24/7 but I don’t have the right humidity. I put a bowl of tap water in the tent to up the humidity but only achieving 83/71 in the tent…

I just watered this just on the edges of the pot and probably about 1-2 TBL spoons of tap water.

What can I do to improve this little one’s condition?

Soil should be dry if using a dome. Doing both is too much water. Pick one of the other, not both. Too much water is a very common cause for seedling loss.

Ambient humidity in your grow space doesn’t matter if using a dome.

Less water and more light.

I’d go get the Photone phone app that measures light intensity. The proper minimum PPFD for a seedling is 300 PPFD. It should be 600 PPFD minimum during veg and minimum 800 PPFD during flowering.

Proper lighting levels will mitigate the stretching.

Leave it alone. Let it grow. Once you see the soil dry out, add the dome back on. Don’t water it for a long time, likely 5-7 days.

It stretched a bit already, that’s ok. When you transplant, you can bury it up to its lowest node and the stem will turn to roots in the soil.

Since organic living soil i would just put it in its forever pot. Bury it to just under leaves. Living soil likes bigger pots. The bigger the better. No water. Make sure soil is moist already. Just my thoughts.
