AC Infinity controller question

I have the 260 xl, its a great light.

Normally they are checked for DOA before they leave the factory. Make sure you plugged the power pin and the control pin into the right plugs on the controller it might be possible to do that accidentally

I fixed it. Was just in backward. It has dog ears but it will still go in backward. As soon as I flipped it , it came on

The only way you can " flip it" is if the round grounding prong on the 3 way plug is removed to make it a two prong. Why? What’s the deal with the plugs? I highly advise everyone running high power lights to use a 3 prong grounded system.

Incorrect. The dogears on the plug are so small it will gonin either way .

Your doing great. Better than my second grow what I can remember of it! Once you get these fans and things figured out you will have your plants in a perfect controlled environment where they will flourish! Good luck!
