Mine does it every once in a while and I have to reboot the phone and it comes back up.
My GPS was on also prior to reboot

@Tylersays I tried rebooting my phone and still wont connect. I’ll try it again though. I even unplugged the monitor and it still wont connect. It keeps saying check Bluetooth settings…

Resetting everything was what i was going to suggest, even try forgetting the device and repair if the reset doesn’t work…

check the Bluetooth connection is the message that appears.
The B1-Temp/RH Bluetooth frequently, drops off from my phone (beyond the distance issue).
Sitting next to the tent (w/in the required 5-ft range for initial connection, I will often have to recycle the phone, use the + device, make it talk and repeat the exercise). Fortunately, for me, my using the two Cloudline 67 Probes on Bluetooth will reach my 20’ house STRESSLESS (oh, yeah) chair. Not sure if it is a software issue, 3 year old smart phone, or GROWLER activity.

I deleted it from my phone and when I went to add it back ,it’s now saying pairing with aci controller rejected🤦‍♂️

Well I’ll definitely be following for a resolution. Every time it’s happened to me I just powered down and back up and it came right back on.
Hope you get it figured out!

Shit! I’d better go check mine just in case! LOL!

Well, well, well - no connection! LOL!
restarting now…let’s see what it does…

Non-responsive screen -

3 minutes later after restart and all is fine!!

@Tylersays :joy::joy::joy: I finally got it going.

Well,I thought i did… now its saying its not! Here I thought this ac infinity was the bees knees. :man_facepalming:

It is, but it has deficiencies, don’t we all? I lose the connection, re-boot, sit next to tent, take a hit and relax. Exhale and all is well, except the Govee is at the opposite end of house. Requires trip there to check humidity on some early (really early) flower trim. Need to learn to cure.

@DEEPDIVERDAVE I seen that, kinda thought that have been what caused it but if no one else is having this issue,I guess it isnt.

@Tylersays I sent infinity a email and this was what they sent in return.

Now,how do I clear the filter data and perform a factory reset? Lol

Good to know. thanks, I changed batteries and still no Bluetooth range improvement.
Loose connectivity at 15 feet (wall & furnace & fireplace) from tent.
Re-establishes Bluetooth at ten feet sometimes.
App still drops the program for the Cloudcom B2 remote device, whenever.
Not critical, just used for “calibration” verification (some device needs to tell me if tent is going thermal).
Software update did not go well. Friday night used to re-establish software control of 67 controllers remotely.
