My original thought was light burn, so I moved the light up a little higher, its now about 20" . but Im a noob so prob wrong… any advice would be appreciated
Oh and they have not been feed for two days as they didnt seem to need it… My temps are running 77 with lights on and about 48-50% humd… and about 68 temp with the dark with about same humd…
Metals are usually most mobile and show fast on new growth are you using distilled water? and what ppm are you feeding them with you may need to increase ppm and add micro nutrients in higher dose.
An up side if it’s metal it usually clears up in few days
I don’t see anything wrong really other than the tips are a little discolored which is most likely a PH issue. Most issues are pH related but here’s a little chart to go off of for now.
@Donaldj I’m not using distilled water… PPM I am not sure as I don’t have a meter to check it… I am using Advanced Nutrients Coco Bloom A & B as it says on the bottle …
@AngelicSoul sounds like just what you need… its the only down side to growing in coco is the extra magne-cal needed all the way through although I’m sure AN nutes have extra Mag-Cal in their basic feeds i have looked into them myself, am watching your Journal with interest to see how they play out as that’s some expensive feed lol…
Also if you do end up using Mag-Cal regularly try and cut it out a couple of weeks before harvest
I had a similar issue with this years grow and it wound up being a couple things, my PH was out of whack slightly and it needed some cal mag. Once I got the PH correct and added some cal mag all was well in the world.
@Jmesser80 Ya, I gave them some cal-mag and my PH going in is 5.7 … Not to sure what run off is coming out yet, suppose I will check that but I at least make sure it is 5.7 to 5.8 going in using coco
In A&B part nutrients the darker of the 2 is typically micro but adding any form of iron should help even if it’s in Cal-mag and a ppm meter would certainly be a worth while investment
