The leaves are a pretty dark green, which can mean excess nitrogen. I don’t see that transition to a lighter green at the tip as nute burn. It just looks genetic to me. If it browns, then you would have confirmation of nute burn.

Regular soil took from other plants not sure of makeup but smells earthy and almost a little sweet
I dont monitor any ph so I’m not sure, I water every two days about with tap water
Temperatures fluctuate between hot and cold i let in cool air from outside but run a heater when it’s too cold
Humidity unknown but i mist them really good twice daily
No humidifier
