4' x 4' x 6' 6" tent?

The only experience of have with led is my stealth grow box I have a 150w full spectrum. It is a good light, but this is the first grow with the led and it’s workin. They generally will use less electricity than a standard High Intensity Discharge light, like the 600w one I suggested. I have the 600w in my 4’x4’ tent. If that helps

Does it plug into 120v socket

Does ducking come by the yard? How long do I need, maybe wait and see where The filter goes. Hope they have instructions with all this stuff.

It uses this one, yes I belive lol

I don’t think they will give you too many instructions. (even then, we are hear to help you folks out!)

I used 8 foot of ducting. You will need 8 or 12 feet as a minimum and you may need even more as it is hard to tell. The good news is that you can buy 4 inch flex ducting at any hardware store. It is what is used to vent dryers.

You’re also gonna need a power strip to plug everything into and maybe a short extension cord?

I ran a 12 foot extension cord to my tent. Plugged in the power strip and then ran everything off of the power strip

I planned on using a power strip, as to the duct stuff… I’ll buy plenty and see if hubby can figure it out. He just can’t know how much I’m investing, he’d have a cow. Do you all think the aeration fabric pots bob listed would also work outside for my plants we’re transplanting in the spring. We’ll be moving them around?

I do and they have handles, so carrying them is easier, though I wouldn’t carry them too far. What sort of White Widow are you growing is it a photo or an auto? Autos will do fine in a 3 gallon pot and photos are good in 5 gallon

Everything that @bob31 recommended will get you a long ways the carbon filter and fan will reduce the smell big time and yes one white widow will smell up your whole house and can very easily I’ve use nothing but LED I have three 300 W LEDs and one 600 W LED in a cost me $58 A month to run all 4 I use meizhi leds

@Hogmaster is right about that! (me being right) lol seriously though I am only growing one plant right now and if I turn off my vent I can smell it in the house 40 feet away!

I actually grow in my office (old spare bedroom) and my tent is 4 feet away behind me and I can not smell anything from it at all.

The white willow are feminized and we’ll have to move the plants to keep them in the sun, probably 6-8 feet. Do you think the 3 gallon bags can take that stress? (Aeration fabric pots)

Yep they can for sure. I pull mine out and lug it out to the kitchen sink now and then no problem about 25 feet away. Makes them easy to move around.

It also prevent over-watered. Once they go into veg you water them very slowly until they runoff. I do about a gallon over 30-45 minutes pouring in two cups every 5-10 minutes.

Then once I get runoff I clean up and then lift them by the handles so I can feel how heavy it is. I can tell by lifting it when it’s light it’s dry!

I’ve tied everyone up with my endless questions today and I’m so grateful for all the answers, pictures and links to the items I’ll need. Bless you all. Tomorrow I plan on ordering everything but the lights, can’t afford those yet.

Ok @Bobbi no worries here. We’d much rather help you now than help you fix it later!

Ask as many questions as you need to get it right in your mind!

I was told that the fabric pots can be used with outdoor grows if moved around because if left in one spot the roots on bottom can go into soil, im sure @hogmaster can set us straight on this

Yes that is true depending on if they are cheap cloth pots also and how big the pot is if you have 10 or 15 gallon it’s fine in one spot if you have 5 gallon definitely move it around because it will grow into the ground that’s why I put them in the ground outside

CFL grow lights are the twisty-looking bulbs you can find anywhere you normally buy light bulbs. They produce a great spectrum for growing cannabis and can be used in tiny spaces where no other grow light would fit such as the inside of a cabinet.

Keeping CFLs close results in the best yields and growth

T5 Grow Lights

T5 grow lights are one of the most easily available types of grow lights and are used to grow many different types of plants. As a result, they’re available in many garden and home improvement stores.

T5s are much bigger/wider than CFLs and usually come as part of a panel, but they can still be kept mere inches away from your plants without worrying about burning them.

These cannabis plants are thriving under T5 grow lights

Definitely would move our electricity bill upwards here in South Africa.

Hi Garrigan62. What wattage are these T5 grow lights. Thank you.
