Looking about the same, i wish she was drinking more so i could kinda flush it alittle. Not knocking the soil at all but i belive its a little hot for the way im set up to grow. Now i know though lol.

New carbon filter and drip tray came in!

Added some bits and a sticky trap to the soil to try and stop the knats before they get a foothold. Soil is still damp so im gunna leave it alone for another day and see where im at. This is the light at screen level.

Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Howdy Abu. Hows the new growth looking today ? Hopefully no yellowing ???

Ill get a pic in a few. Didnt notice much new yellowing but its still there lol.

The older yellowing is not much you can do about that. The fresh new growth is important. It needs to be green and vibrant looking which I believe and hope it will be.

Still some yellowing on the new stuff. Not as much as before but its there. Gunna water to runoff again tonight. Probably needs to dry another day but i belive some fresh spring water without any nutes will do her good. Got alot of vegging to do. I wish the structure was a little more spread out lol. The topping worked but it didn’t slow vertical growth as much as i expected.

You’ve gotta get her rootzone in proper order to get the growth you are looking for. Like the idea of pure ph’d spring water. Then a couple days you should hopefully see good result.

Its just taking the pot so long to dry out in that 10 gallon sack lol. Ive only watered her 1 time in a week.

That would’ve been fine had it not been so hot. You’ll be watering every 2nd or 3rd day before you know it.

I hope so . Onece i get back to the jacks ill know what to do.

2 gallons down the hatch! The numbers say alot. Im thinking next time i water ill do 1/2 strength jacks and drop the ph down to around 6 going in. I didnt add anything to the water going in. 30 minutes before i tested it it was running out of a pipe in a hillside .

I clipped about 5 of those yellow leaves just cause inwas tired of looking at them.

If my runoff water looked like that id be yellow too!

I think alot of that color is Dynomyco.

You just did this? If so flush her down to appropriate range. Get it out of the way.

Out of likes. I started to do that but i thought as sure as i do it will do something goofy. Im about to head home, i will do 2 more gallons tested down to closer to 6. Ppms were around 700. When should i start feeding jacks?

Don’t feed when flushing. If you are down to 750 ppm on run-off you are only trying to get the ph down , right ?

Abu I think I mispoke. Wouldn’t you add nutes to 700ppm with the ph adjusted to lower the media PH ? Pretty much what you had planned???

Im out of likes. Im trying to get ph down. Thats what i was wondering though was if i needed to add jacks now or just flush to get the ph down. Soooo…

Plan at the moment ive got 4 gallons of tap water sitting here tested to this with no nutes.

I know thats a little low on the ph for soil but right now its like 7.5. Hopefully this 4 gallons will bring it down below 6.8 and then if the ppms are under like 500 at that point im gunna go 1 gallon full strength jacks and holy water and call it a night. If its still 600-700ppm after this 4 gallons but ph is right im just gunna wait for the jacks. Here goes nothing!
