You have given great advice my friend, i am very appercitave of you and everyone thats helped. Even if thats just a like on my posy =)

& I am going to calibrate my PH meter today =) Its been a long week so tired. When i stick the meter in the soil it reads half moister. Is it good to keep it at that or wait for it to closer to dry? Also just checked as the light com on at 12 PM. It was 79 F / 39% humidity is that to lo on humitity. I know i can google, but i would rather ask my friends here as i think. Someone here @Eagles009 i think you said ask 400 growers get 400 different ways lol. Might have not been you =)

That moisture meters 50% judgment means nothing to me. Im sure you could water or wait. Forget that moisture meter and go by pot weight. Or use pot weight to test how that thing judges. Then use that thing. For me you never want totally dry. It’s a damn plant. It’s all water. It needs water. I do let them dry out more in flower for a few reasons. Keeps humidity lower in flower tent, I’m not trying to fuel rapid veg growth, and they have fully formed root masses by this point and need watering much more often and I’m too lazy to be doing it every day / other day to keep them moist.

79/39 is good. Your at the low end on humidity now I figure. But that better than the high end. And even if you dipped to say, 25, I doubt you would even notice by looking at the plant.but thats just a guess. I’ll never see humidity that low.

I was thinking of BuzzLight year because you amaze me with explaining this simple. Thank you ! I felt the pots earlier and i think i can wait another day. The moister meter i got as i saw it on a youtuber site. Im stuck with itbut its ok, i practice sticking in half way to read it then i get a peice of paper and throw it aeay lol. My friend told me afterwards i wasted my money . My last water day i felt the pots and they were ready to eat and i stuck it in and it went to read so. I guess if someone was unable to physically pick their plants up can use this. When they are ready for food as they are light i put that bad boy in there and it goes to red? lol

It’s not useless for sure. Lots of people use em. I just never have. So I have no frame of reference. 50% could = the normal weight I like to water at…or not.

This is really only a complicated hobby if we make it so :wink:.

I just do the same thing over and over and get the same results. More or less. They do require little tweaks occasionally as individuals. Once you find a good routine just ignore the urge to mess with the process and this becomes like tying your shoes.

Hey buds,
@Eagles009 @Oheeeoh
First thanks for the new nutes idea. I am feeding today but this is crazy. 3 LBS and gallon at a time. I was paying over 18$ a pint with another Brand lol. You all are awesome !! Just a little update and also feeding day so the nutes couldnt have come at a better time yesterday

Thank you so much you just saved me soooo much money! I wish i could repay. So i will like everything friend ! When it came my wife said this feels like a kilo. Unwrapped it and i about peed i felt so weird measuring everything out like a dealer hahah .@Oheeeoh i do but i need to look at @Nicky chart up there. I flush with water and molasses every other . is that flushing? I still need to calibrate my tds and ph so i started mixing some stuff up mixed realy well got done went to go add some grow and i used city water lol. Time to re do lol / Also i lost the instructions to the meter but should it just be the same pit the packets in distilled water? I didnt watch any videos yet. @

That’s just watering. In soil most people feed every other. The other is just watering. Your flushing if you run like 10-15 gallons through your pot at one time to reset your soil. People also use the term ā€œflushingā€ in reference to not feeding for the last two weeks before harvest.

I never got that stupid ph thing functioning properly so I’ll let somebody else field that one.

And you’re welcome. I like seeing people grow good weed as cheaply and simply as possible. One day I’ll get you all to trash your meters :yum:
