Good to know. The male and female strains were given to me. Told it was afghan then later og kush. Can’t be og because mine are just starting to bud. I spent 30 min yesterday reading trying to figure out what genetics it was. Now I know it can’t be OG Kush.
Well if is Afghan, that makes it an original strain.
Anyone have Afghan plantS and where are they in flowering in the mid west.

Just switched over to fox. I haven’t given my plant much in food until about three weeks ago. They get all they need from the ground i use.

I use Batco potting soil, my soil is really sandy here, I have to add to it, but you have some rich soil and it shows

Now they are believers.
My soil gets renewed every winter when I feed my cattle.
Last year I had a little issue when we had to much rain and they got nitrogen burned slightly.
Actually the JH was an auto, had started to bud and it burned it the worst. Top died and then revegged and quadrupled in size and flowered with the photos. Amazing experience.

I used to make a compost tea from cow crapp, never heard of Fox Farms, I found out one thing don’t overthink or overdo weed, I see a lot of people on here using strange concoctions wondering what’s wrong with there weed!

Could not agree more! Let nature help you. I hay my cows in the same area and have stated collecting the manure and left over hay that gets trampled into the pee and manure.
Make big mulch pile out of it. Use it later on.
Doing all natural! BT for them Tabasco works. Green cleaner too

I used Hombolt Flower Shield and Captain Jack’s for pests and mold, seems to take care of them, only thing is grasshoppers, can’t seem to stop them from eating leaves, they have a Hell of a Appetite, mabey the Tabasco sauce you use will work
I have a cow pasture behind my house. the hay rots and the cow’s piss and shit in it, make purely organic compost, good stuff

Grasshoppers are bad here too. I don’t bother them. Didn’t hurt the buds much.

My Dad used to bale hay, we had a worm here called Army Worm’s never seen anything like it, every blade of grass had worms on it, he had it sprayed or they would have destroyed the field
I have heard of them.
The Tobacco worms hit me last season. Took to long to figure out what was going on. Lost some good buds.
Now it I see a sugar leaf die I know a worm has made itself home. I dig them out.
Only had a couple so far. BT is working.
There is a legal indoor outdoor grow on The property abutting my south property line.
Guy is using 7 dust outside! Not sure but I think that will show up in a test!

Unfortunately I’m in a illegal state, I don’t have a grow room inside, I have to camouflage my grow
That’s to bad. I had gone 18 years with out the help of Cannabis. Plus wasn’t legal.
So thankful it is now.
What size holes do you dig? Do you add a premade soil or do you make your own? Nice work those are awesome looking!

I have some old burned brush piles on my property Sandy loam. I mix it with some of the mulch I make. I put hay out for my cows all winter in same area. I collect this into piles for mulch.
I then make mounds about 1-1/2 foot high and plant in them.
Make it about the size of a 5 gallon pot, I use Batco potting soil I put some insect granules in for cut worms, worm castings or Bat Guano. water put the plants in, I grow mine in 1 gallon pots until they get a good root system
