Co2 is not effective at the light levels and growing conditions you will be able to maintain. IMHO
Here’s a WW auto I have growing. She is stubborn about flowering and I hope will grow to be a beast!
The mini fan for the intake really isnt neccesary. The exhaust will pull air in through your Ventilation ports on the tent. While also creating negative pressure which is desirable.

Give it another few days. Sometimes they just take a little longer. Id keep a clear dome over your seedlings also if youre not that already to hold in the humidity. Seedling dont have established roots yet and feed off the cotyledons and draw in moisture through thier stomata until roots are formed enough it can feed istelf. If the rh is too low then your seedling will stunt
A clear solo cup works perfect for this. Just spray inside the cup and place over your seedlings. Also when you water them just leave the cup over the seedling and the water will form a water ring around it forcing the roots it to seek it out. Thus giving you bigger better roots
Here’s some update, so the third haven’t come out, looked extremely carefully and saw it kinda broken on his way up .5” away from top. Planted new baby hopefully didn’t germinate for too long, we’ll see. Other 2 seems to so good, maybe bit slow? Seems to be good compared to 4 days ago but here’s pictures let’s hear opinions
Is it safe at this stage to do a runoff? With distilled water? Will do it today after work.
So i basically wanna water slowly the soil until i get runoff from bottom and then I measure correct?
