Reason I mention it is I just found that my soil temp was reaching 85 degrees and climbing with plants on my heat mat. Room temp was only 79. I raised the plants an inch off of the heat mat and everything calmed down. Was afraid of cooking the roots.

Hey guys…update 1-25-19…
Well the Super Skunk seed is popping up now so maybe lowering the light to 30" and turning off the heating pad helped:grinning:
For this grow i really wanted to grow the Gold Leaf (I have 4 more seeds of GL) didn’t want to try another GL till I worked out the problem…but I have 19 more SK seeds…that’s why I went with a SK on the second try…lol
So now I’m faced with a decision of just going with the SK for this grow or pop another GL seed and try to grow two 5 gallon pots in a 40" x 42" grow room ? ??
What say you ??? Any thoughts…lol…

I grew 3 plants in a 32"x32" tent and it was tight. I think you can do it but it may get a little crowded. Sorry to hear about your Gold Leaf. I’d give it another try.

…
So I dropped another Gold Leaf in water today…
Keeping fingers crossed that the GL pops…If so it will be a two plant grow !

Update 1-28-19
The Super Skunk came up !..
Got her in clear cup with colored cup on the out side with 1/4 cup “Kind” soil in the bottom with Promix filling up the rest…
I’ve been keeping the light on 24 hours but going to switch on 18-6 …
Still waiting for the Gold Leaf to pop a tail the in to get cup !
