Haha yeah I’ve never seen that one either. Yeah good thing, I’m dropping my autos for germ today when I get home.
I too am putting one of my pink sugar cookie photos that’s already like month and a half two months old in there and flipping right to flower alongside my autos
I had a feeling dude would come through for you
Congratulations
24/7 service that is! I was stressing last night. Kept me from a good sleep! Most companies would try every other option to remedy. Not just send new one first option. I sure wasnt looking for him to do that.
This is how you know you got the good companies. Not scared to give away a brand new light to a customer that bought a used light… Thats real service.
Greg at hlg just called me. Already shipped, will have it Friday. All good. Great people and service! I sure was stressing last night! Like an anxiety attack.
And for those who didn’t know, i know most of “my” people do, yes you can wipe down every part, top and bottom, of hlg board lamps with straight alcohol and Terry cloth. Both sides. Microfiber cloth I meant.
On HLG they do give you multiple options of plug ins. I looked at their site yesterday and saw the multiple options.
Mine was a refurbished by phone, wasnt on website, and was to have proper cord. All good now.
Still just 1 yr warranty or now 5?
Didn’t even ask actually. At this point, I feel he will take care of me regardless. Great connection ive made with them. All about who you know these days. Once again, a delay in starting my journal, since I want the lamp to be in the pr grow premiere.
I’ve pointed this out so many times to people shopping for lights. They always seem to go above and beyond to not leave growers hanging. Even if you were to save a few bucks on something that may be similar, service like this typically not accounted for in the small difference in price.
And for him to text me at 530 am. Glad he did, so I could move on with my day today knowing Itll be all good!!
Push pin or digital timer for lamp? Will be buying one this pm.
I have both, typically use mechanical. Maybe because I am dinosaur and already know how to use it.
I just ordered two digitals on amazon
Im told mechanical since any blip in power at all, gotta reset everything. I like idea of digital though. I like to really see the # s.
That’s not necessarily true. The digital timers i have have a battery to store time and program. They’re probably not all set up that way though.
My digital timers have a battery back up. When our power was shut off during the Feb hard freeze for 70 hours the timers didn’t need to be reset,
Anything special from amazon as opposed to the ones a ace. Lowes , etc? Timers.
