Yes trim off least hat are blocking bud sites.
Pill your plant out and look right over top of it or right under it and start plucking.
You want the light to hit the bud sites, without light buds won’t grow
So of I want colors when I’m ready for that step. I want to be below 12 c and 0 humidity if I want to to get colors. Now thus chart is for optimal bud at Temps and humidity within range? But if u want colors u need cold

Chart is best to follow regardless of colors or not.
When you want colors #1 thing is genetics, not all plants will give colors.
To bring out colors you want to drop to 12c (night/lights off) and when you do that you need to drop the humidity as low as you can.
It’s unfortunately complicated in an indoor, nature does it best outside.
Again a good environmental controller will help with this you can put your lights on a timer, maybe have an AC engage in a timer and kick out when lights come on. This would drop Temps and suck mosture out of the air.

I don’t like small humidifiers because you have to fill them more often.
I got a big one.
Two types you can use
Evaporative humidfior, the best
Cool mist, good but mists minerals into the air and slowly plugs your carbon filter (I use this style and only use filter Durring veg)
To small
My space so small 2x2 I hope this is good

It depends on growth stage and temperature.
It can be anything from 95%-30%
Higher Durring growing lowering right before harvest.
You want something with a digital dial because you can set it for a % and it will kick on or off when it senses its needed.
Remeber eventually your gonna go away for e days for a long weekend or something.
Buy something good now and don’t have to re buy later.

I have two of the taotronics that is shown above. I like it with a digital controls and set points and enough strength to make a difference. Only thing I wish was different is I wish it had a larger resovoir.
