The k would be molasses in my case correct? I did a tablespoon per gallon of water! Would it hurt to add a lil more?

Yea there’s K in molasses. Not all molasses is equal. Values differ by brands.
Don’t over do it.

Personally, I wouldn’t add blackstrap molasses until after 24 hrs. Studies have show that adding too soon cause a delay in fungal bloom
