They are little ones for sure. I’ve grown some just like this. They were Photoperiod plants that I was cloning. The little ones were left in the clone reservoir and grown under 12x12 light period.
The intensity of your light and the photoperiod your using has a bit to do with vigor of growth.
I have a couple of questions that may bring more light to the issue.
What is the specific light fixture you are using?
At what distance have you had the light from the plants canopy?
At what setting(1-10) are you running your lights?
What is the photoperiod are your lights running?(18x6)
You’ve answered most of the following questions, but not all. Since you are at the very end of your grow, answer these simple questions the best you can do your next grow may be even more productive.
I am very curious about this as well.
An occasional runt is common, but 4 all at once seems environmental.
More info would help.

Being new, in FFOF, and not knowing the lighting situation, I can assume a few mistakes happened along the way:
1 - overwatering, whether at the onset or throughout the grow, watering too frequently is the most common reason I see real runty first plants.
2 - pH imbalance. FF soils have a reputation for being quality product but more recently (past 8-12 months) it seems like it’s a real mixed bag, literally. Some batches are totally fine, others are abnormally hot, weak, or come with acidic soil beyond the realm of what cannabis prefers. If your plants were consistently outside of the comfort zone for cannabis pH, they easily could have been stunted due to inability to uptake key nutrients.
3 - insufficient lighting. It’s incredibly common for new growers (myself included) to do loads of research, read a million reviews, and still end up with a bad light - wrong spectrum or underpowered, or even both.

These Zkittlez Autos ilgm Where Grown under a viper sperta xs1000 in a 2x2 light is set to 18" in veg and 14 in flower. This is round two the first round was grow in the same area with the same setting as the first but refuse to grow. The Soil happens to be the same bag as was used in the first grow so I would assume that it ain’t a batch issue in the soil. Or I would have seen the issue with the first round. I’ll add a picture of the first plant for comparison. I myself and on the side of a genetic in the seed there was a major difference in variety in the bag some really small seeds some pretty decent seeds but not very consistent at all
Seed size has nothing to do with plant size. Sequoia trees grow from seeds smaller than cannabis. As long as the germ is fertile it can produce a huge plant no matter the seed size. Genetics yes. Autoflower genetics even more so. I have had autos from 8 inches to 6 foot tall. You get what you get.
That Zkittlez looks great.
