From a fellow grower: I’m having trouble growing, we’ll not so much with the growth but I have a few weeks left on the z kittlez autoflower and there is No Smell, what am I doing wrong. I’m a new grower and confused as to what I’m doing wrong but I’m sure there’s alot ,please help. For flowering I’ve only used flower fuel, and mixed according to directions for 1 gallon of bottled drinking water . The lights are vipraspectra p2500 and that is about 18" from the top of the zkittlez. I have an ocilating fan at the top blowing the heat off and another ocilating fan below . Temp is between 77-80 daytime & night time about 75-77. I don’t see any bugs nor mold , but am also using happy frog potting soil red bag. Should I use something else ? I’m not sure why the plant only smells like chlorophyll. Humidity is at about 35% - 40% max with a dehumidifier in the same room which is why the temo is also higher, if I didn’t run the dehumidifier the temp would be lower during the day but humidity would be around 40- 50
She looks pretty young. Wouldn’t be creating terpenes on that level yet. By few weeks till finish you’re thinking like 5-7 right? Small crowns looks like she’s only past transition by a week or two. You’re on the right path. Just gotta give her more time. Only few strains get stinky that young.
My chocolope hardly ever smells before chop. But once she’s cut she gallops through the house.
I agree with @Budz . I’m growing zkittlez right now. The plant in the picture looks 2 or 3 weeks into flower. Had the same thing around that time. In another 3 weeks she will pick up the stink and get stronger until the end. Mine smell like cotton candy grapes.
mmmmmmm cotton candy grapes mmmmmmmmm
Thanks for the advise , totally new not knowing what to expect and the amount of bad info out there is tremendous , trying to decipher what is right or wrong as a first timer I thought it better to ask
I’m running zkittles berry blast auto and I notice the smell comes back hard when you let the pot dry out a little bit I’m in coco so I try not to let it dry too much but smell is definitely better when on the drier side. I assume some slight overwatering prevents the plant from exhaling as it should dunno not a pro, just my observations.
Cheers
Haha post from July chances are she’s well done by now I guess, did you ever figure out the smell issue.
Try and put some organic molasses in with your water feeding. That will certainly bring out the smell and stickiness…
Hey have you gotten your zkittlez to turn pink or purple at all? I’ve had 3 harvest so far but just green with red hairs. Killer stuff just looking for that rainbow color lol
