Yield per indoor auto flower?

Hello! I have done 3 grows of 4 plants each so far. I am yielding about 2.5oz to 3oz per plant (10-12 ounces per grow). Is this good?
My set up:
4x2x5ft high grow tent
2- VIVOSUN 100 watt LEDs (1000watt equivalent)
5 gallon fabric pots
Happy Frog soil fresh each time, 3 stages of nutes thru the cycles.
Utilize LST with net as best I can (no topping)
Strains: gorilla glue, Girl Scout cookies, and Bruce banner.
Keep temps around 72-78, humidity around 60-65
Continuous fan and ventilation w/filter
Only use distilled water

Should I be happy with this or is there a lot of room for improvement?

Autos? Seems to be a good average for your set up. You can add more light, try out different mediums and nutrient lines. See what works best for your enviroment

For what it’s worth: I have a little more light (400W Vivosun) plus I train my plants to spread them out. I average about 3.5 oz per auto and 4.7 oz on photoperiods

Honestly, I went gradually from 100 to 200 to 400 and my yield went up 50% each time

Thanks for the more light tips guys! Final result: I was getting about 2.5-2.7 oz per plant with 200 watt LED. Now at 400 watt I just yielded 4.5 oz per plant! And the buds are denser too. Goes to show you the metric of 50 watts per square foot is spot on. (Have 4x2 tent so equals 50 watts per square foot). Thanks again!

Little late. But yes more light. I use the sf4000s and on my first grow i was pulling around 3 to 4 ozs for my best autos or 2 ozs for my lesser autos.

Obvipusly some strain genetics come into play but not a huge factor. Just something to look unto.

But i think the second biggest factor would have to be nutrients. I used bergmans for my first grow and dont regret it personally but i havent used anything else to be fair.

Lastly experience has a decent sized factor in my opinion. The more you grow the better you get. Youll notice when to do things and what helps vs hurts. Some things help at one stage of life and youll get the maximum yield from it. Like for instant i defoliated earlier than i should have on one of my autos and noticed that it harvested at least 1/2 oz less than the rest of my biggest.

Not sure if any of this will be of use but it cant hurt putting it out here.
