Hahaha I hate getting my hands all sticky and it takes forever to wash off. And gets all in my nails :joy::joy::dancer::dancer:

Thanks @Blackmoon, hopefully it will last. I’ve changed my mind about the balcony scrog for now and have put my 4 White widow autos in the tent on 18/6. As they will be the next to produce and will be the fastest. I have a screen ready for in there anyway. Hahaha so the title of this thread/journal is quite incorrect :joy::sunflower:

I can’t work with gloves on trimming, I keep me a small bowl of alcohol sitting close by. I stop occasionally an dip my fingers in the alcohol and it wipes right off. I keep four pair of trimming scissors an when I stop I clean all four pair at the same time. Good luck with your dry and cure.

Thanks @kellydans! That’s a good idea. Can you give me any tips on drying and curing? I hang them on a coat hanger in a dark room for one week approx depending on size/dryness. Then I bottle them and open them once or twice a day for a couple of weeks. If they feel wet I leave the jar open for a couple of hours. Dark place. My wardrobe lol my clothes stink! :joy:

@Downundergirl Sounds like a great plan ! The only thing I might add is I put the little miniature hydrometers in my jars that way I know where I am at moisture wise. I’ve been buying them in a pack of five I think you’re 24 bucks. When I burp the jars I usually just rotate the meters.

Thanks! @kellydans! I found them in nz and am buying 5 now. So optimum is 62%? and if it’s not what would I do? Burp it for longer?

@Downundergirl After your drying process put your meters in the jar for a couple days with the buds say you’re reading 59% drop you a couple of fresh green fan Leafs in the jar it’ll bring moisture level back up. It’s pretty neat the way it sucks the moisture out of the leafs . Say you’re 68% I usually put mine in a brown bag for a day to get it to come down. Then back to the jars with the meters to check it. Hope that helps:v::+1: 62% is the sweet spot for me.

@kellydans you’re awesome! Thanks so much for your help. Sounds pretty good to me! I like my buds sticky, not too over dry. Nomnomnom… I’ve only ever just burped them and done it by feel… curing is something I really want to master. I shall follow your advice! Thanks agiajn :sunflower::blush::sunflower:
